电针增强药物流产作用的临床观察

摘　　要：在药物流产中辅以电针合谷、三阴交穴的方法 ,期望进一步提高其效果并减轻副反应。结果表明 ,此方法可以加速排囊 ,减轻药物引起的下腹痛 ,缩短转经时间 。In order to further increase abortive action of medicine and reduce its side effects,drugs were combined with electroacupunctue at Hegu (LI 4) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) for abortion.Results showed that the method could accelerate ejection of blastula,alleviate lowerabdominal pain induced by the drug,shorten the duration of menstrual recovery,and the action dependeted on the connective type of electroacupuncture
