胃下垂患者穴位伏安曲线的定性定量分析

摘　　要：对 2 1名胃下垂患者和 6 7名正常人 5 2 6 4条穴位伏安曲线的定性定量分析 ,结果显示 :(1)人体穴位及对照点伏安曲线具有非线性和惯性两大特征 ;(2 )与对照点比较 ,穴位的低阻抗特征并非普遍存在 ,而穴位的低惯性特征较具普遍性 ;(3)观察组梁丘穴的惯性面积和伏安面积 2项指标均明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结果提示 。Qualitative and quantitative analysis of 5264 Volt ampere curves in 21 cases of gastroptosia and 67 normal persons showed that:(1)The Volt ampere curve of both acupoint and control point in human body had non linear and intertial characteristics;(2)As compared with the control point,the characteristic of low impedance of the acupoint was not popular and the characteristic of low inertia of the acupoint was more popular;(3)Both the inertial area and the volt ampre area of Liangqiu (ST 34) point in the observation group were significantly larger than that in the control group (P<0 001 and 0 01) respectively.It is suggested that Lianqiu (ST 34) point may have specifisity for detection of gastroptosia.
