摘　　要：介绍了石化成品油销售系统的物流管理及体制现状,分析了存在的主要问题和制约物流优化的关键所在,提出了石化销售系统成品油物流体制优化的解决方案,以及组建销售系统物流公司的思路和方法,包括组织机构和管理体制、流程,形成一个完整的销售系统物流体制优化方案。The status of logistics management and system in petrochemical sales industry was introduced. The main problems and the key factors restricting logistics system optimization were analyzed. The solution for oil products logistics system optimization in petrochemical sales industry,and the idea and method to form a logistics company, including organization structure,management system and scheme,were proposed,which provided an integrated optimization solution of logistics system in sales industry.
