摘  要:研究了ZrO2对含催化剂螺压双基推进剂燃烧性能的影响,并结合推进剂稳态燃烧火焰照片、熄火表面、燃烧区温度波分布等测试结果对其作用机理进行了探索研究。结果表明,采用ZrO2替代部分铅铜催化剂,可提高推进剂的燃速,并实现较高压力的燃烧平台,从而降低有毒有污染的铅类催化剂用量;ZrO2可能在推进剂燃面上吸附醛类、NO2、NO和CO等燃烧中间产物,在为铅铜催化剂提供催化条件的同时,又能抑制其熔融分解产物如PbO和CuO的团聚,从而提高铅铜催化剂的催化燃烧效果,且ZrO2粒度越小,该作用效果越显著。The effects of ZrO2 on combustion performance of screw extrusion DB propellants containing catalysts were studied,and also the action mechanism was investigated by analyzing such test results as steady flame photo,flame out surface and the temperature distribution of combustion zone.The results indicate that ZrO2 could be used to substitute part of lead and copper catalysts for the purpose of increasing burning rate and gaining higher pressure combustion plateau of propellants,so that the usage of poisonous lead salts would be minimized.Moreover,ZrO2 may help generate catalytic sites for lead/copper catalysts by absorbing many intermediate substances on combustion surface,for instance,RCHO,NO2,NO and CO,etc.At the same time,it enhanced the catalysis of lead/copper salts by preventing agglomeration of such melting materials as PbO and CuO.The smaller the granularity of ZrO2 is,the better the enhancement of catalysis will be.
