摘　　要：目的　考评自测健康评定量表测试版 (SRHMS)的效度。方法　选取 5 0 0个个体进行现场测试 ,研究SRHMS的内容效度、结构效度和效标效度。结果　SRHMS的条目分与其维度分相关系数较大 ,而与其他维度分的相关系数较小 ;维度分与其子量表分相关系数较大 ,而与其他子量表分的相关系数较小。因子分析得到的 9个因子与SRHMS的理论构想基本一致。SRHMS总分与SF36总分的相关系数为 0 5 2 2 ;SRHMS量表总分以及三个子量表分与其一个条目的得分均存在密切关联。结论　SRHMS具有较好的效度 ,能够准确。Objective Assessing the validity of SRHMS.Methods Sampling 500 individuals to perform on the spot trial for the study of content validity,construct validity and criterion validity about SRHMS.Results There was a high correlation for each item of SRHMS and its dimension,but a low correlation for items and other dimension.Dimension score correlated significantly with its subscale,and low other subscale.Factor analysis produced nine main factor that was basically consistent with original theoretical conception about SRHMS.The correlation in global scale score,three subscales score and each item were also statistically significant,respective.The correlation coefficient was 0.522 in total score of SRHMS and that of SF36.Conclusion SRHMS had good validity.It could reflect the real essence of self-related health definitely and fully.
