摘 要:目的探讨早期综合发展对婴儿早期体格和智能发育的影响,为此服务模式的应用提供依据。方法将292名正常新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,分别接受早期综合发展服务和常规系统保健。两组均在出生后3、6、9和12个月测量身长和体重,检测发育商(DQ)。结果 3和6月龄实验组的适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言和社交5方面均较对照组超前;9月龄在适应性、大运动和语言方面,12月龄在适应性和精细动作方面,发育优于对照组。两组婴儿的身长及体重类似。婴儿智能发育水平与早产、小于胎龄儿和母亲年龄(>30岁)等因素呈负相关。结论早期综合发展对婴儿智能发育有明显促进作用,应在着力推广的同时,修正完善训练体系,以惠及更多的婴儿。Objective To explore the effect on infant physique and intelligence development by integrated early childhood development (IECD) service for the application of the service model. Methods Totally 292 normal newborns were randomly divided into experiment and control group and received IECD service and general health care respectively. The height, weight and developmental quotient (DQ) were measured at 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month respectively. Results Adaptability, gross motor, free movements, language and social behavior of experimental group were higher than those of control group in 3rd and 6th month. In the infants, adaptability, gross motor and language in 9th month, and adaptability and free movement in 12th month, the experiment group was better than those of control group. The height and weight of two groups were similar. The negative influence factors on intelligence development were as follows: premature delivery, younger than gestational age and higher age of the mother (〉30). Conclusions The IECD service can promote intelligence development of infants, and should be perfected in the future for more infants.
