摘  要:为了研究含气隙的磁环磁饱和特性,首先在封闭磁环上绕制了一个简易互感器,并测量出该磁环的B-H曲线,然后由PSPICE软件仿真实验电路,获得了使得该互感器达到磁饱和的电流,最后采用ANSOFT软件构建自制磁环模型。利用该模型仿真出的磁环内部磁感应强度与实验测量得到的结果相符合,因此可用其分析含气隙的磁环磁饱和特性。分析结果:气隙的存在可以减小磁环磁感应强度,并且气隙的宽度越大减小的磁感应强度越多,但增加较小的励磁电流磁环就会再次饱和;气隙的位置也会影响磁环磁感应强度,当气隙在绕组内部时使得磁环达到磁饱和所需的励磁电流大于气隙在绕组外部所需的励磁电流。In order to study the magnetic saturation characteristics of the magnetic ring coil with air gap,a simple instrument transformer on closed magnetic ring is designed,and its B-H curve is measured.Then,the magnetic saturation current is obtained from the simulation circuit by PSPICE.In the end,the model of magnetic ring coil is built by using of ANSOFT,based on which magnetic induction intensity in magnetic ring is the same with the experimental results.Therefore,it can be used to analyze the magnetic saturation characteristics of the magnetic ring coil with air gap.The results show that:(1) the presence of air gap can reduce the magnetic induction density,and the magnetic induction intensity will decrease more with the increasing of gap width,but the magnetic ring will be saturated again with little increase of excitation current.(2) the location of the air gap will also affect magnetic induction density,and the excitation current that is required to reach the same degree of magnetic saturation with the air gap inside of the winding is greater than that obtained with air gap out of the winding.
