吻合器半环痔上黏膜切除钉合术加外痔切除术治疗半环状或超半环状重度脱垂痔69例临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器半环状痔上黏膜切除钉合术加外痔切除术治疗半环状或超半环状重度脱垂痔的可行性及优越性，对2009年6月至2011年6月采用该方法治疗的69例半环状或超半环状重度脱垂痔患者的资料进行回顾分析。结果显示，本组患者均顺利完成手术。术中吻合口搏动性出血9例；术后大便带血7例，尿潴留13例，肛门坠胀感11例，无剧烈疼痛、大出血发生。平均住院时间为7d。术后平均随访22个月，均无复发，无肛门狭窄等后遗症，肛门外观平整光滑。结果表明，吻合器半环状痔上黏膜切除钉合术加外痔切除术治疗半环状或超半环状重度脱垂痔安全可行，疗效满意。The objecitve of this study was to probe into the feasibility and advantages of semi-cycle PPH plus resection for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe semi-cycle or extra semi-cycle shaped prolapsed hemorrhoids. Authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 69 patients who had received above- mentioned procedure from June 2009 to June 2011 yr. Results showed that all of the patients enrolled in this study were performed on smoothly; during the operation pulsating bleeding from nailed stoma were in 9 cases ; postoperative hematochezia in 7 cases, retention of urine in 13, tenesmus aesthesia of anus in 11, but no agony and massive bleeding were found;average hospital stay was 7 days, average follow-up duration was 22 months;in 69 cases no recurrence cases and sequel such as anus stenosis, etc were all found,their anus appearance were all regular and smooth. Results show that above-mentioned procedure is safe and fea- sible, and has satisfactory curative effect.
