自制排气管在肛门病术后的应用价值

摘　　要：为探讨自制排气管在肛门病术后的应用价值，将300例肛门病手术患者随机分为两组，各150例，一组术毕放置用输血皮条自制的排气管（治疗组），另一组术毕不放置排气管（对照组），对比两组术后24h疼痛情况及排尿情况、创面出血情况。结果显示，治疗组术后24hⅡ、Ⅲ级疼痛发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；治疗组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；治疗组能及时发现原发性出血。结果表明，肛门病术后肛内放置自制排气管可有效减轻术后疼痛，降低尿潴留发生率，而且对早期发现原发性出血有积极作用。In order to explore the appliable value of self-made exsufflation tube placed in anus after the op- eration for anal diseases authors divided randomly 300 cases into two groups, 150 cases per group;i, e treat- ment group receiving the self-made （from transfusion latex tube） exsufflation tube,and control group no receiving this tube, after operation~ and compared the status such as pain, urination and bleeding from wound-surface at 24h after operation in both groups. As results,in pain incidence and in incidence of reten- tion urination treatment group was all significantly lower than control group（ P 〈0.05）,and in treatment group primary bleeding could be discovered timely. Results show that after the operation for anal diseases placing this tube can effectively reduce pain of patients and decrease incidence of retention urination, and has active role for early discovering primary bleeding.
