摘　　要：通过法律的宪法实施体现为内在的生活方式和外在的社会秩序。宪法文本规定由具体法律落实和实施宪法;法律体系的位阶决定由具体法律实施宪法;宪法的精神与价值辐射着具体法律领域。宪法将其文本规范、价值精神、基本制度和政策性宣言等融合于立法权、司法权和行政权的行使过程中,且不发生合宪性质疑,宪法就得到实施。Constitution implementation by law is the realization of internal living modes and external social order.The provisions of constitution text must be implemented by specific law,which enforces the constitution.The hierarchy of law system determines the constitution implementation by the specific law.The spirits and value of the constitution dominate specific law field.The constitution makes its standardized text,its value spirit,its fundamental system and its policy declaration into procedures of legislative power,judicial power and administrative power.Once there is no constitutional query,the constitution will be implemented properly.
