摘　　要：ECFA签订后台湾农产品外销大陆成效显著,其出口量与出口值都大幅度上升。ECFA下台湾农业发展策略主要是继续推动精致农业健康卓越发展,加速农业转型升级;对农产品进出口进行管制或开放;并且重视农产品知识产权的保护。The achievements of agricultural product export to China mainland in Taiwan under ECFA are significant. There are several measures to develop its agriculture in Taiwan, such as to continue ＂quality agriculture health and excellence project＂ so as to speed up the agriculture upgrade, to control or open agricultural product commerce, and to protect agricultural product intellectual property rights.
