摘　　要：失业问题始终困扰着魏玛共和国的政治稳定和经济发展。魏玛政府积极建立针对失业者的保障机制。以1927年《劳动介绍与失业保险法》为界标,魏玛德国经历了以"救济"为核心和以"保险"为核心的两个失业保障机制阶段。在大萧条的背景之下,整个失业保障机制走向失败。The unemployment problem was always haunting the newly founded Weimar Germany,which had a great negative influence on German social stability and economic development.The Weimar government actively established a security system for the unemployed.Divided by the enforcement of Law on Labour Exchanges and Unemployment Insurance in 1927,Weimar Germany experienced two phases of unemployment security system： one focused on relief and the other insurance.However,the entire unemployment security system finally failed in the Great Depression.
