慢性砷暴露对雌鼠子宫发育的影响研究

摘　　要：通过观察慢性砷暴露下昆明种雌鼠子宫的形态学改变,探讨砷发挥雌激素效应对子宫发育的影响及内分泌干扰机理.选择昆明种雌鼠50只,给予不同浓度的As2O3(0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40μg/mL)饮水,20周后,通过HE染色,用光镜观察其子宫组织形态变化.结果表明,慢性砷暴露可以造成子宫组织形态改变,砷具有雌激素效应,但随着As2O3浓度的增加,其雌激素样作用呈减弱趋势.To discuss the estrogen-like effect of arsenic on the development of uterus and its endocrine disrupting mechanism, by investigating histomorphology changes in uterus of kunming female mice chronically exposed to arsenic, The observation of histomorphology changes of uterus of fifty Kunming female mice which had been chronically exposed to different concentrations of arsenic（0,0.05,0.10,0.20, 0.40/＊g/mL ） for 20 weeks by HE staining smear under light microscope was carried out. The results showed that chronic exposure to arsenic might led to histomorphology changes in uterus and arsenic was the substance with the estrogen-like effect, but its estrogen-like effect on the uterus decreased with the increase of arsenic concentration.
