华支睾吸虫病诊断学研究进展

摘　　要：华支睾吸虫病是主要流行于东亚地区的一种由华支睾吸虫所引起的寄生虫病,传统的病原学诊断方法有着明显的局限和弊病,免疫学和分子生物学的发展为诊断提供了新的途径。随着对诊断抗原、抗体研究的深入以及诊断方法的改进,华支睾吸虫病诊断的敏感性和特异性不断提高。该文着重对华支睾吸虫病的免疫诊断尤其是诊断抗原的研究进展简要综述。Clonorchiasis is a parasitic disease caused by Clonorchis sinensis and mainly popular in East Asia. The traditional aetiological diagnosis methods have obvious limitations and defects. The development of immunology and molecular biology has provided a new way for the diagnosis. Following with the in-depth study of diagnostic antigen, antibody and improvement of diagnosis methods, the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing clonorchiasis was continuously improved. This paper emphatically summarized immunologic diagnosis of clonorchiasis, especially the progress in diagnostic antigens.
