环境管理综合业务平台的设计与开发

摘　　要：为实现江苏省连云港市"十二五"的环境保护目标,改进环境管理工作中存在的效率低、业务分散、数据不统一等弊病,开发建设涵盖连云港市环境保护局主要业务工作的环境管理综合信息平台,以支撑全市环境保护工作的高效运行,实现能力整合和资源优化。系统以提高连云港市环境数据共享能力为基础,通过建设各业务平台和核心系统,提高连云港市环境数据应用水平,提高环保局日常办公和业务管理信息化水平,提高连云港市环境管理、环境执法、环境监控与应急指挥能力。For the realization of ＂12th Five-year Plan＂environmental protection objectives in Lianyungang city, resolving the drawbacks in the environmental management work,such as low efficiency,distributed business and non-unified data, the environment management integrated information platform which covering main business of the environmental protection bureau of the city is established for supporting the city＇s environmental protection work efficiency, to realize the integration and optimization of resources capacity. Based on improving environment data sharing ability of the city, through the construction of the business platform and core system, the platform system aims to improve the application level of environment data of the city and the informatization level of routine office and business management, furthermore, to raise the capacity of environmental management,environmental law enforcement,environmental monitoring and emerzencv command.
