摘　　要：本文根据当前仪表专业的设计规范及标准,结合工程中的经验和实例,对四川石化公司油品储运装置中的控制系统方案设置、仪表选型原则及油品计量进行了论述,介绍了该项目中的油罐的渗漏保护措施,总结了基础设计及详细设计阶段的设计经验。According to the current instrument design codes and standards,this article introduces the setting of control system,the instrument selection principles and oil gauging in oil storage and transportation units in Sichuan petrochemical company.Moreover, it briefly covers the protective measures of oil tank leakage.In the end,it summarizes the design experiences in basic and detailed design phase.
