胃康复对胃癌前病变脾虚证胃粘膜上皮细胞超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察胃康复冲剂对胃粘膜上皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法　应用胃康复冲剂治疗 6 1例脾虚证胃粘膜肠化生和不典型增生患者 ,治疗前后均作胃镜检查 ,取胃窦部粘膜采用EM430型透射电镜 ,观察上皮细胞超微结构。结果　 4组脾虚证在治疗后胃粘膜上皮细胞核、线粒体的超微结构均有不同程度的改善 ,P <0 0 5～ 0 0 0 1,趋向接近于健康对照组。结论　胃康复冲剂是通过改善胃粘膜上皮细胞核与线粒体的Zn、Cu、DNA含量和体内其他生物活性物质的水平 ,促进上皮细胞分化和亚细胞超微结构正常化 ,以维护机体内环境适应性调节机制 ,达到消除临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of Weikangfu chongji on the epithelial cellular ultrastructure of gastric mucosa.Method Weikangfu chongji was used to treat 61 patients with gastric mucosa IM and ATP.Both before and after the treatment,gastroscopy was conducted by taking mucosa from the antral region of stomach and observing the epithelial cellular ultrastructure through EM 430 Transmission electron microscope. Result After the treatment,the gastric mucosa epithelial nuclei and mitochondrial ultrastructure of the 4 groups of patients with spleen deficiency syndrome were improved to different degrees( P <0 05～0 001),and inclined to be as healthy as those of normal control group.Conclusion Weikangfu chongji might improve the content of Zn,Cu,and DNA in gastric mucosa epithelial nuclei and mitochondria and the level of other bioactive substances in the body,promote epithelial cell differentiation and the normalization of subcellular ultrastructure so as to maintain the regulating mechanism of the body adaptability to circumstances and to achieve the result of curing the clinical symptoms and reversing IM and ATP.
