船用辅锅炉仿真与智能评估系统的研制

摘　　要：针对国内船舶辅锅炉模拟器至今仍缺乏一套变量齐全、仿真性高,既能用于不同级别的操作和管理人员培训,又能进行考核的仿真评估软件系统的问题,结合计算机的特点,通过深入研究锅炉工作原理和工作过程,对锅炉各系统做出了合理的简化和假设,建立了船用辅锅炉各系统的动态数学模型;同时将模糊数学应用于辅锅炉模拟器中,运用模糊综合评判法建立船舶辅锅炉智能评估模型,设计开发出了既有操作训练功能,又有评估考核功能的软件操作系统。测试结果表明该软件系统设计效果良好,能够正常运行,达到了预期的目标。Now, we still lack a set of intelligent evalution soft ware system of marine auxiliary boiler, which is high fidelity and has completely quantitative chage, not only can be used for different levels of operation and management personnel training, but also can carry out assessment . According to the problems in the domestic simulator of marine amxiliary boiler, and the working process of the boiler,we made a reasonable simplification based computer.
