摘　　要：MARPOL公约附则Ⅵ及其修正案的生效,对船舶的排放控制要求更为严格,文章提出了具体的操作和管理措施。With the MARPOL Convention Annex V1 and Amendments adopted and brought into force, re- quirements for control of emissions from ship are more and more strict. This paper puts forward the concrete op- eration and management measures.
