摘　　要："工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习"模式是目前高等职业教育最重要和最显著的特征。国家和各高职院校都非常重视高职实践教学的理论研究和实践探索,已经取得较大的成绩和宝贵的经验。我院国际航运业务管理专业作为山东省特色专业,在专业建设、课程建设和改革中已经取得了巨大的成绩。要培养更加符合社会和企业需求的高素质技能型人才,需要不断进行实践教学(即实习与实训)的改革,体现"工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习"的特征。Along with our country reform and. open policy and the economical high speed development, our country＇s higher vocational education has also obtained the vigorous development. We have attached great im- portance to the practical teaching of international shipping management theory research and the practice explora- tion, has achieved great success and valuable experience. We should put practice teaching reforms and practice exploration in an important position of teaching reform, and made some rational thinking of its reform measures.
