茺蔚子提取物对人体运动前后血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究茺蔚子提取物对人体运动前后生化指标的影响.方法测定人体运动前后血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量.结果茺蔚子提取物能够有效降低人体总胆固醇含量,提高高密度脂蛋白含量,降低低密度脂蛋白含量.结论茺蔚子提取物能够有效降低血液中总胆固醇含量,提高人体运动能力.Objective To observe effects of Fructus leonuri extracts on blood biochemical indexes before and after exercise in human.Method Contents of superoxide dismutase（SOD）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）and low density lipoprotein（LDL）in blood were determined before and after exercise.Results Fructus leonuri extracts could significantly reduce the contents of TC and LDL,and elvate the content of HDL.Conclusion Fructus leonuri extracts can lower TC content in blood and enhance the human ability in exercise.
