摘 要:目的探讨实时透视触发三维增强磁共振颈部血管成像技术,评价分析47例临床应用效果.方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2012年3月期间完成的47例实时透视三维增强磁共振颈部血管成像,根据制定的分级标准评判图像质量,探讨该成像技术的方法,并评价其临床应用效果.结果 47例实时透视三维增强磁共振颈部血管成像,其对颈部Ⅰ~Ⅳ血管的显示优秀者(4分)27例,占57%,良好者(3分)13例,占28%,两者共40例,显像优良率占85%;中等者(2分)3例,占6%;差者1例,占2%;失败者(0分)3例,占6%.与BOLUS-TEST和SMART-PREP方法比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义.结论实时透视触发三维增强磁共振血管成像技术成熟,操作简便易行,显像效果良好,可开展应用于颈部血管疾病的影像诊断.Objective To discuss three dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering in carotid arteries,and the clinical application of 47cases were evaluated and analyzed.Method Retrospective analysis of 47 cases with three dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering in carotid arteries from January 2012 to March 2012,according to the classification standard of image quality,discussing the imaging methods and evaluation of its clinical application.Results In these 47 cases of three dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering in carotid arteries,27cases showed the 1 to four grade carotid arteries very well(4 scores),accounted for 57%,13 cases well(3 scores),28%,the both is 85%,3 cases showed medium(2 scores),6%,1 cases is bad(1 scores),2%,and 3 cases are failure,6%.Compare to BOLUS-TEST and SMART-PREP,P0.05,no significant difference.Conclusion The three dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography with real-time fluoroscopic triggering in carotid arteries technique is mature and reliable,and operate simply,imaging well.It is feasible to diagnose carotid disease.
