摘  要:针对已有的各种改进型Smith控制器抗干扰能力差,以及基本型Smith控制器需要精确辨识被控对象的传递函数和滞后时间的缺点,提出了一种抗干扰的改进型Smith预估控制算法。当系统受到较大的随机振荡干扰时,它可以使系统输出的方差较小。它不需要辨识被控对象的滞后时间,容许辨识对象有一定的误差。通过simulink仿真研究,验证了这种控制器的效果。该控制算法解决了Smith控制器实用化的关键问题,在化工、炼油和制药等过程控制方面有应用前景。An improved Smith predictive control method with anti-interference Compensator is presented, to over- come the weakness that available improved Smith controllers are poor in anti-interferences, and weakness that tra- ditional Smith controller needs accurately identification of delay time and transfer function of the plant. When the plant is suffered biggish random interferences, it can ensure the system output to have small variance. It does not need to identify delay time of the plant. It permits some error of identification to the plant. The effectiveness of the controller is verified by means of simulink simulation. The control algorithm has solved the key problem about util- ity of Smith controllers, it has good prospect of application in chemical synthesis, oil refining and pharmaceutical industry.
