摘　　要：为了对大型工程建设项目的成本、进度和质量进行有效控制,文章提出了大型工程建设项目管理信息系统的集成构架、技术架构以及系统的数据结构,设计了系统的组成和功能,分析了系统配置及扩展应用能力,为大型工程建设项目的顺利开展提供了有力的手段和工具。In order to control the cost,progress and quality of the Large Scale Engineering Comtruction Projects,this paper puts forward the integrated frame,technique structure and system of data structure of the Large Scale Engineering Construction Projects Management Information System, and on this foundation, designs the constitutes and functiom, analyzes configuration, expand and applied ability of the Management Information System, thus provides effective means and tool for building the Large Scale Engineering Construction Projectso
