含氟苯丙胶乳的研制及其在涂料中的应用

摘　　要：采用乳液聚合方法,以含氟丙烯酸酯单体与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,制备了含氟苯丙胶乳(FSA),进而优化得到聚合稳定、氟单体质量分数达21%的氟碳胶乳.通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、动态激光光散射(DLS)分别表征了胶乳的形貌、胶粒直径及其分布,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)法表征了氟碳胶乳的内部结构,采用顶空气相色谱法测定了氟碳胶乳残留单体的浓度.研究结果表明:当选用的阴离子、非离子与反应性复配乳化剂(质量比为2∶1∶1)在配方体系中所占质量分数为1%时,残留单体含量少,氟碳胶乳聚合稳定性好,胶乳涂层具有优异的耐沾污性和耐候性,可用于耐候外墙涂料或水性金属防腐蚀涂料的制备.The styrene-acrylate latex with shell-rich fluorine （FSA） was prepared by emulsion polymerization with the copolymerization of fluorine-containing monomer, styrene and acrylic ester. The fluorocarbon latex with high fluorine-containing monomer content of 10.5 wt% and stable polymerization can be obtained by optimization of emulsifier. The morphology, size and distribution were characterized by transmission electron microscope （TEM） and dynamic light scattering （DLS） respectively. The structure was characterized by infrared spectrum （FTIR）, the residue monomer concentration was determined by headspace gas chromatography. The results indicate that the late- xes obtained have good stable polymerization and low residue monomer concentration using 1 wt% surfactant which is constituted by anionic emulsifier, non-ion emulsifier and reactive emulsifiers in a weight ratio of 2 ： 1 ： 1, the prepared aqueous fluorocarbon paint has excellent stain resistance and weatherproof. It has great potential in exterior wall coatings and aqueous mental anti-corrosion coatings applications.
