摘 要:为了研究鳄鱼血是否具有开发为抗菌产品的潜力,本文采用纸片法、平板菌落计数法和打洞法分别研究了鳄鱼血清、血浆及白细胞的体外抗菌活性。检测的菌株包括大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金葡菌和白色念珠菌。结果表明,鳄鱼血清和血浆对大肠杆菌和金葡菌有抑制作用,鳄鱼血白细胞提取物对金葡菌有一定抑制作用。样品对其他测试菌没有抑制作用。Crocodiles(crocodylus siamensis) were farmed successfully in China during recent years.In order to apply and develop crocodile blood products,the antibacterial activities of crocodile serum,plasma and leucocyte extracts were studied by 3 evaluation methods in vitro:agar disk diffusion,paper disk diffusion and dilution method of plate counting.The detected microbe strains were Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.The results showed that the growth of E.coli could be inhibited by the crocodile serum and plasma.The leucocyte extracts could inhibit the growth of S.aureus.There was no inhibition on other tests.
