摘  要:氯化法除铜是高铜钼精矿焙烧前除铜的主要方法。高铜钼精矿经过氯化法除铜后,焙烧回收率显著降低,降低的原因在于残留的氯根。本文对除铜矿焙烧回收率降低进行了统计和分析,通过氨化驱除氯根的试验对回收率降低原因和机理进行了试验研究,并建立了氨化驱氯的工艺流程。Chlorination is the main method to remove copper before the roasting of high - copper molybdenum con- centrates. After the process of copper removal by high - copper molybdenum concentrates chlorination, the recovery rate is decreased significantly due to the residual chlorine. The reasons and mechanism for the low roasting recovery rate of copper - removal minerals are statically analyzed, and the experiment of chloride removing by ammoniation was done to establish the technological process of chlorine removal by ammoniation.
