坦索罗辛联合黄体酮治疗中老年男性输尿管下段结石疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析比较坦索罗辛联合黄体酮和山莨菪碱联合黄体酮在治疗中老年男性输尿管下段结石的疗效。方法:将126例中老年男性输尿管下段结石患者随机分为三组,每组42例,空白组只给予黄体酮;对照组给予山莨菪碱及黄体酮;观察组给予坦索罗辛及黄体酮。结果:2周内排出结石者空白组为17例(40.48%),对照组为35例(83.33%),观察组为37例(88.10%),且对照组、观察组患者的排石时间均比空白组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组及空白组治疗前后IPSS分别为16.1±1.7、15.7±1.9、15.9±2.1与10.6±2.1、20.3±5.7、14.3±2.6。结论:坦索罗辛联合黄体酮在治疗输尿管下段结石是有效的,能有效缩短排石时间,相比山莨菪碱联合黄体酮,能明显减少排尿困难等并发症的发生,改善患者IPSS评分。Objective Observe the curative effect of tamsulosin combined with flavolutan on lower ureteral stones in middle-aged and aged men.Method 126 cases of middle and old aged male patients with lower ureteral stones,were randomly divided into blank group,control group and observation group.The patients in blank group received flavolutan only.The patients in observation group received tamsulosin and flavolutan,while the patients in control group received anisodamine and flavolutan.Results During 2 weeks,expulsion of stones was observed in 17 cases（40.48%）of blank group,in 35（83.33%）of control group,and 37（88.10%）of observation group.The difference in expulsion rates among control group,observation group and blank group was statistically significant（P0.05）.The mean expulsion time of control group,and observation group were obviously shorter,respectively,with significant difference between blank group（P0.05）.The international prostate symptom score of observation group,control group and blank group were 16.1±1.7,15.7±1.9,15.9±2.1and 10.6±2.1,20.3±5.7,14.3±2.6 before and after treatment.Conclusion It is demonstrated that tamsulosin combined with flavolutan are safe and effective for expulsive treatment for lower ureteral stones,significantly improving the stone expulsion rate.They could obviously reduce occurrence of complications,such as dysuresia,and improve the international prostate symptom score of middle-aged and aged male patients.
