摘　　要：目的:探讨难治性癫痫手术配合的具体方法及对提高疗效的作用。方法:收集手术治疗22例难治性癫痫患者,通过充分的术前准备、细致的显微外科手术、娴熟的术中配合,取得了令人满意的疗效,且无严重并发症的发生。结果:手术患者有15例癫痫得到良好控制,而且抗癫药用量明显减少,无一例出现术后严重并发症。结论:对于难治性癫痫的手术治疗,娴熟的术中护理配合是提高手术质量及保证手术顺利进行的关键,亦是提高临床疗效重要因素。Objective To investigate the specific cooperative methods in the operations about patients with refractory epilepsy and which methods improve the curative effect.Method From the April of 2009 to the April of 2012,22 cases of patients with refractory epilepsy,who had operation treatment in our hospital,were recruited in this study.With sufficient preoperative preparations,meticulous microsurgical operations and skilled operation during operation,the operations achieved satisfactory curative effects without any serious complications.Results In the study,there were 15 cases of patients whose epilepsy symptoms could be well controlled after operations,and whose needs of antiepileptic drugs were significantly reduced.There were no severe postoperative complications.Conclusion For the operation treatment of patients with refractory epilepsy,skilled nursing cooperation in surgery is the key which can improve the quality of the operations and ensure the success,and which is also one of the important factors to improve clinical curative effect.
