贵州畲族7项不对称行为特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州畲族不对称行为特征的分布特点,为人类群体遗传学研究积累资料。方法:采用遗传学界公认的方法对320名贵州畲族利眼、扣手、利手、利足、叠臂、叠腿和起步类型等7项不对称行为特征进行活体观察,并对其相关性进行分析。结果:贵州畲族利眼、扣手、利手、利足、叠臂、叠腿和起步类型的右型出现率分别为51.9%、65.3%、93.1%、55.9%、50.9%、71.3%、44.7%;除利足和叠臂外,其它5种特征间出现率男女间差异无显著性;利手与叠腿、利足与起步类型之间具有相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),其它特征间关系不明显。结论:贵州畲族7项不对称行为特征多为右型,特征出现率男女间差异多不显著,特征间相关性极小。Objective： To understand the distributive characteristics of the behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance of She nationality in Guizhou for accumulating the data of the genetics study of human population. Methods： Using the method generally acknowledged, we observed 320 people of She nationality , 10 -55 years old （164 males, 156 females）, on the 7 behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance （eye preference, hand clasping, handedness, foot preference, arm folding, leg folding and stride type） and also analyzed the relationship of the characteristics. Results： The frequencies of right type of eye preference, hand clasping, handedness, foot preference, arm folding, leg folding and stride type were respectively 51.9%, 65.3%, 93.1%, 55.9%, 50. 9%, 71.3% and 44. 7%. It was proved that there was no significant differences in the other 5 traits between male and female, except foot preference and arm folding. However, there was significant correlation between handedness and leg folding, between foot preference and stride type （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions： The 7 behavioral traits of She nationality in Guizhou are mainly characterized by right type; and there are no significant sexual differences in the occurrence rate and few correlations found in these traits.
