古希腊斯巴达体育的社会基础与历史兴衰

摘　　要：历史总能让一个民族披裹着神秘的面纱。斯巴达的历史告诉我们,其神秘缘于选择了复古的生活方式,这种生活方式的核心是体育锻炼,并让身体强壮起来以抵御外部势力的袭击。斯巴达将体育运动当成民族的事业来执行,并将其写进了法律。同时,战争机器无休止的运转,又使得人口数量急剧下降,衰亡在强健的身体背后不可避免地发生着。民族和社会的兴衰都是历史的写照,斯巴达创造了不一样的历史,这一历史的书写者是"体育"。斯巴达体育有其社会历史基础。从法律制度、教育体系、政治空间、战争技艺和妇女竞技等不同视角,考察体育现象背后的历史成因,能使我们全方位了解斯巴达体育的概况,并从中得到一些有益启示。The history of a people can always tell what a people are.The Spartan history demonstrates that the Spar tans virtued simple lifestyle with sports as the core so that they could be strong enough to resist the external attacks.They took sports as the cause for the nation and included them into the law.The prosperity and development of the Spartan people were closely related to sports.At the same time,endless war killed many strong men,which led to the decline of the Spartans.In this paper,sports of the Spartan sports were studied from angle of legal system,edu cational system,political background,war and women’s athletics so that a clearer understanding of Spartan sports could be gained.It was shown that sports fully represented the law,the education and the life of the Spartans and were reserved in the spirit of the Spartans.
