摘 要:采用水热合成法合成USY/SAPO-5复合分子筛,用金属氧化物(NiO和CuO)对其改性,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和NH3程序升温脱附法(NH3-TPD)对复合分子筛进行表征。以USY/SAPO-5复合分子筛和以金属氧化物改性后的分子筛为催化剂,研究丙酮与异丙醇合成甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,2种金属氧化物均能使复合分子筛催化剂的性能获得改善,NiO的改性效果比CuO好;在NiO负载量为0.9%,反应压力为2.0 MPa,反应温度为200℃,空速为1.25 h-1,n(丙酮)/n(异丙醇)为1的最佳工艺条件下,异丙醇转化率为43.1%,MIBK选择性为85.2%。USY/SAPO-5 composite zeolite was prepared by hydrothermal method and modified with metal oxides NiO and CuO.X-Ray powder diffraction and NH3-temperature programmed desorption were used to characterize the composite zeolite and modified zeolite.The optimum process condition for synthesizing methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) was investigated with acetone and isopropyl alcohol as raw materials,USY/SAPO-5 zeolite and its metal oxide modified species as catalyst.The results showed that all the two metal oxides could improve the performance of the composite catalyst,and NiO was better than CuO.Under the optimum process conditions of NiO loading mass fraction 0.9%,reaction pressure 2.0MPa,reaction temperature 200℃,space velocity 1.25h-1,n(acetone)/n(isopropyl alcohol) 1,the conversion of isopropyl alcohol reached 43.1%,and the selectivity of MIBK reached 85.2%.
