摘  要:研究了工艺条件对焦化柴油氧化萃取脱硫脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,氧化体系选用双氧水溶液(H2O2质量分数为30%)和甲酸,以磷钨酸为催化剂,以糠醛为萃取剂,在氧化温度为70℃,恒温回流搅拌时间为60 min,V(氧化体系)/V(焦化柴油)为0.4,V(甲酸)/V(双氧水溶液)为0.5,磷钨酸用量为0.20 g/L,采用二级萃取的优化工艺条件下,可将焦化柴油中硫的质量分数由817.563×10-6降至45.613×10-6,氮质量分数由734.577×10-6降至13.620×10-6。The oxidative desulfurization and denitrification of coker diesel was conducted by two-stage extraction with hydroperoxide(the mass fraction of H2O2 30%)and formic acid as oxidant,phosphotungstic acid as catalyst,furfural as extractant,and the influence of process condition on the desulfurization and denitrification was investigated.The results showed that under the optimal condition of V(oxidant)/V(coker diesel) 0.4,V(formic acid)/V(hydroperoxide)0.5,phosphotungstic acid 0.20g/L,oxidation temperature 70℃ and oxidation time 60min,the sulfur mass fraction in the coker diesel decreased from 817.563×10^-6 to 45.613×10^-6,and the nitrogen mass fraction from 734.577×10^-6 to 13.620×10^-6.
