LSG-1聚烯烃催化剂载体硅胶的工业应用

摘　　要：在中国石油大庆石化公司8万t/a线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置上试用了中国石油兰州化工研究中心80 t/a硅胶中试装置生产的LSG-1型硅胶。结果表明,用LSG-1型硅胶负载的催化剂在LLDPE装置上运行平稳,催化剂的活性、PE产品的堆积密度等指标均与使用进口硅胶配制的催化剂相当,LSG-1型硅胶完全可以替代进口硅胶配制工业催化剂,在LLDPE装置上连续使用。A silica gel carrier LSG-1 produced in a 80 t/a pilot unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center,PetroChina,was applied to a 80 kt/a linear low-density polyethylene（LLDPE） unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company.The results showed that LSG-1 supported catalyst behaved stably and was just the same to the catalyst supported by imported silica gel in activity and the bulk density of product,indicating that LSG-1 could completely replace imported silica gel to prepare industrial catalyst for LLDPE production.
