摘　　要：M型油汀散热片尺寸较大,外观要求高,生产批量大,原来用单工序模,生产效率低,现采用浮动凸模与固定凸模组合的级进模,不但防止了拉深高度变化大的拉伸件起皱,而且大大提高了同类制件的质量和生产效率。M-type oil heater fin size bigger, the appearance of the demand is high, the production quantity is big, the original single process mode, the production efficiency is low, we use floating punch and fixed punch combination of progressive die, not only prevents the drawing height change big drawing parts wrinkling, but also greatly improving the similar parts quality and production efficiency.
