变压边力数值模拟在座盆拉伸工艺上的应用研究

摘  要:为了有效解决实际生产中轿车座椅盆型底座(简称"座盆")拉伸成形工艺的优化问题,本文根据座盆制件的结构及性能要求,设计拉伸数模及制定工艺,在恒定压边力条件下,对座盆制件拉伸成形过程进行数值模拟。通过数值模拟,从典型变压边力加载模式中得到一条最优加载曲线,使制件不出现起皱和拉破现象,并且使零件区域厚度分布最均匀。To optimize the drawing formation process of ear seat basin in car production effectively, this text designs the Number Module of drawing and technology formulation according to the requirements of structure and properties of ear seats; and it also processes the numerical simulation in drawing formation process of car seat basin in the condition of a constant blank-holder force environment.By the numerical simulation, we have a optimal loading curve from the load pattern of typical variable blank holder force, which makes the thickness of the machine parts best-distributed without the phenomena of wrinkling or tensile-breaking.
