摘  要:云南铁壳麦是云南省独有的宝贵麦类种质资源。文章应用云南省6个主要条锈病流行生理小种对云南铁壳麦进行接种鉴定,结果表明,之前收集保存的对当时流行生理小种感病的34份铁壳麦对现在的生理小种依然感病。从新收集的5份铁壳麦中鉴定出3份抗性材料,其中A13和A14对6个生理小种反应型为高抗,A21为近免疫。通过对云南铁壳麦A21与铭贤169杂交的F1、F2、BC1群体进行接种鉴定和遗传分析表明,云南铁壳麦A21对条中32、水-7两个生理小种的抗性均由核基因组的一对显性基因控制。Yunnan Hulled Wheat, Triticum aestivum ssp. yunnanense King, was a precious subspecies of bread wheat, which exclusively existed in Yunnan province. In this study, 6 wheat stripe rust physiological prevalent races in Yunnan province were applied to evaluate the resistance of Yunnan Hulled wheat. The results showed that 34 accessions, which were collected and evaluated to be susceptible to these races when they were identified, were still susceptible to these 6 races. Among 5 accessions collected recently, A13 and A14 were evaluated to be highly resistant, while A21 was near immure to these 6 races. Genetic analysis was carried out for resistance to stripe rust in ,421. According to the resistance phenotypes of the Fl , F2 and BC1 progenies to two races, the resistance of A21 to the race CY32 and CYShui-7 were contrelled by one dominant gene.
