摘　　要：两型社会建设已经成为中国社会建设与发展的重要方向。深度挖掘两型社会建设的价值与内涵,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观、加快转变经济发展方式、实现经济社会又好又快发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。从伦理角度看,资源节约型社会的价值原则是代际公正,环境友好型社会建设的理论基础是天人合一,两型社会建设的指导思想是科学发展。＂Resource Conservation and Environment Friendly＂ Society Construction has become the important direction of Chinese social construction and development. The depth of excavation construction of the value and connotation of ＂Resource Conservation and Environment Friendly＂ Society Construction is of importantly theoretical value and practical significance to thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development, accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and achieve sound and rapid economic and social development. From the ethical perspective, the value of resource saving society is the principle of intergenerational justice, and environment friendly society is based on harmony, and the guiding ideology of ＂Resource Conservation and Environment Friendly＂ society construction is scientific development.
