摘　　要：阐述了危重早产儿早期肠内营养的意义,从肠外到肠内营养的过渡时机、喂养方法、乳类的选择、并发症的观察和处理方面对危重早产儿早期肠内营养支持护理进展进行综述,以期为危重早产儿早期肠内营养支持提供最合适的护理,提高其存活率,优化其发育过程和预后。It expounded the significance of early enteral nutrition in criti- cally ill preterm infant, and reviewed its nursing progress from aspects of how to grasp the timing of the transition from parenteral nutrition to en- teral nutrition, feeding methods, choice of milk ,observation and treatment of complications, so as to provide the most appropriate care for early enter- al nutrition support for critidcally ill premature infants, and improve their survival rate, optimize their development process and prognosis.
