摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的X线表现特征。方法对35例经临床确诊为新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的床头胸片进行回顾性分析,所有病例均摄床头胸片2次以上。结果本病的主要X线征象为肺野透亮度减低,颗粒影、网点状阴影和支气管充气征。结论床头胸片检查对本病的及时诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To study the X-ray of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, and improve recognition of the diagnosis. Methods Bedside chest X-rays of 35 NRDS cases were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed, all the cases took bedside chest X-ray examination more than 2 times. Results The major characters of chest X-ray in NRDS are discreased brightness of Lung field, granular, reticulonodular and air bronchgram. Conclusion Bedside chest X-ray examination play an important rule in timely diagnosing this disease.
