护理流程在肾穿刺活检术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理流程在肾穿刺活检术中的应用效果。方法将180例需做肾穿刺活检术的病人分为观察组(92例)和对照组(88例),对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采取护理流程模式。观察并比较两组病人的住院天数、住院费用、肾穿刺活检术后并发症或不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组病人住院天数、住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生并发症或不良反应6例,对照组24例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理流程应用于肾活检病人的护理,可缩短病人的住院天数,降低医疗成本,减少术后并发症的发生。提高患者满意度和医院的社会经济效益。Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing process in renal puncture biopsy. Methods 180 patients who need do renal puncture biopsy were randomly divided into study group （92）and control group（88）, and the control group take the traditional nursing mode, the study group take the nursing process mode. Observe and compare the inpatient days, cost of be in hospital, and complications of kidney puncture biopsy or adverse events of two sets of patients. Results The inpatient days and costs of the study group are lower than the control group（P〈0.05） ;6 patients in the study group have complications or adverse reaction, and 24 patients in the control group , there is significant diffierence between groups. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing process used in caring patients with renal puncture biopsy, can reduce the inpatiets days, the costs, and postoperative complications. Improve patient satisfaction and social-economic benefits of hospital.
