摘　　要：目的探讨影响肾内科危重患者护理的安全因素。方法结合肾内科危重患者的病情及护理特点,分析肾内科危重患者存在的护理安全因素,制定和提出有效的护理管理措施。结果调查对象中未发生因护理安全因素导致的院内意外事故;住院期间的护理服务满意度达到了98.2%以上。结论只有规范和制定危重患者的护理安全管理机制,才能保证患者的护理安全,并深化优质护理服务理念。Objective To study the safety （actors that influence the critical renal patients during nursing. Methods Combining with the condition of critic renal patients and nursing characteristics, and exploring the safety factors of critical renal patients during nursing, then providing effective measures of nursing management. Results The objects have not occurred in accident in hospital because of nursing safety factors. During hospitalization, the satisfaction of nursing service achieved 98.2% above. Conclusion Only standard and make the critical patients nursing safety management mechanism, we can guarantee the nursing safety of patients, and deepen the high quality nursing service concept.
