两种冲封管方式对外周浅静脉留置针留置效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察两种冲管封管方式对浅静脉留置针留置的临床效果。方法将160例1次/12h静脉输液的患者用抛币法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组80例,实验组采用10ml生理盐水,先8ml脉冲式冲管,剩余2ml正压封管;对照组采用5ml生理盐水脉冲式冲管,2ml生理盐水肝素钠稀释液正压封管。两组平均观察72～96h,观察两组患者留置针堵管情况、静脉炎发生率及留置针静脉留置时间。结果两组患者堵管率、静脉留置时间无明显差异(P>0.05),而静脉炎发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论生理盐水封管具有和肝素钠稀释液封管同样的效果,而采用一管式生理盐水冲封管降低了静脉炎发生率,降低成本,更安全有效。Objective To compare the effects of two different tube sealing when using peripheral venous catheter. Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group （n=60）and control group （n=60）. Every patient received intravenous infusion twice per day, interval 12 hours, Patients of experimental group, tube sealing was using 10ml physiological saline, 8ml saline was pulsing injected, left 2ml was injected with positive pressure. The control group, every patient first received 5ml physiological saline pulsing injection, and then 2ml diluted heparin sodium injected with positive pressure. We observed the catheter plugging,phlebitis and the indwelling time during the 72 to 96 hours. Results There was no significant differences in the incidence of catheter plugging and indwelling time between two group（P〉0.05）, but the phlebitis between two groups has significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tube sealing with physiological saline and diluted heparin sodium have same effects, but one syringe sealing with physiological saline is superior to diluted heparin sodium at lowering the phlebitis,cost and improving security.
