摘　　要：四川人口快速老龄化已成为重大社会问题。人口老龄化规模大、发展速度快、程度高、超前于省经济发展水平,以及由此带来的长期照护问题,缺乏长期照护的保障机制,长期护理服务能力不足,专业照护的人力资源匮乏。为应对日益严重的老龄化发展趋势,现应针对性的提出老年长期照护的对策,探索适合省内情况的长期护理照护模式,以提高专业服务能力。Population aging has become a major social problem in Sichuan province. With large aged population, increasing sharply and high degree, this problem develop beyond the development of economic in our province. For lack of security mechanism of long term care , long term care service ability inadequacy, professional ability of the human resources of the lack of care, in response to the increasingly serious aging development trend, and put forward corresponding countermeasures for long-term care of old age, and explore the situation in our province for long-term care style, to improve the professional service ability.
