摘  要:环卫扫路车在北方使用时,二次扬尘现象严重,现今多使用喷水降尘技术处理这一问题。由于不同路段粉尘量不同,存在洒水少扬尘严重、洒水多泥土粘成块不易清扫的问题。针对湿式吸扫式扫路车存在的二次扬尘问题,提出了一种粉尘传感器和单片机相结合来解决扫路车二次扬尘的控制方案。该方案采用两路粉尘传感器分别检测扫刷周围和鼓风机口的粉尘含量,喷头设计采用三级细分喷水系统,整个系统由单片机统一控制,实现了环卫扫路车喷水系统的智能控制方案设计。该方案不仅简单可行,而且便于安装,具有一定的实用价值。In the north of China,the secondary dust of road sweeping vehicles is serious,this problem is now dealt with the dust suppression technology by water spray.Due to the different amount of dust on different section of a highway,secondary dust is serious when water sprinkle is less,dust is stuck to the road to make it difficult to clean when water sprinkle is much more.Directed to the second dust of the wet suction type road sweeper,a control scheme to solve the secondary dust by dust sensor and microcontroller is proposed.Dust content around broom and blower outlet are detected by two dust sensors respectively.The three-stage subdivision sprinkler system is adopted during the nozzle design.The whole system is controlled by a microcontroller.The sprinkler system intelligent control of road sweeping vehicle is completed in the system design.The scheme is not only simple and feasible,but also easy to realize.
