浅谈基层医院控制医院院内感染措施

摘　　要：目的探讨预防和控制院内感染,使院内感染管理逐步形成规范化、制度化、科学化的管理模式。方法根据院内感染相关法律法规和本院的实际情况,制定预防和控制院内感染制度,加强对医疗器械清洗、消毒,一次性医疗器械的监督和管理,强化医务人员的手卫生意识。结果管理措施实施以后,院内感染逐步进入规范化、常态化管理。结论加强预防和控制院内感染,是提高医疗质量的有效可行的方法。Objective Discussion on prevenlion and control of nosocomial infeclion,the nosocomial infection management gradually standardized,insti tutionalized,scientific management mode. Method Nosocomial infection according to relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of our college,the formulation of prevention and control of nosoeomial infection system,strengthen the medical instrument clean ing,disinfection,disposable medical equipment supervision and management,strengthen the awareness of hand hygiene of medical staff.Resu It The implementation of management measures,nosocomial infection gradually into the standardization,normalization management. Conc I us i on Strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infections,medical quality improvement is the effective and feasible method.
