摘 要:在医患关系紧张已成为社会焦点、医患冲突愈演愈烈的今天,医生承受着前所未有的职业压力,而解决方法又都以司法和行政等传统方式为主,这种缺乏人文关怀的解决途径很难起到根本预防的作用,只会增加医生的职业倦怠。那么,若能以人文关怀为基点,构建促进医生发展的有效策略,对于打造和谐医患关系、和谐医院、和谐社会有着重要的意义。Nowadays, the tense physician-patient relationship has been a focal social issue, the medical disputes are becoming ever more intensified, and the doctors are facing with great vocational pressure. However, the solution mainly by traditional means of justice or government administration. These solving ways are lack of humanistic care which are difficult to play a part in preventing radically, but just pushes doctors to the highly job burnout. So, the effective strategy of promoting doctors' development should be established based on humanistic care. There is of an important significance to create a harmonious physician-patient relationship, hospital and society.
