江苏省健康儿童生长状况跟踪调查与对比研究

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省预防出生缺陷项目健康儿童的生长状况，并进行对比研究。方法以2002年7月一2005年8月参与全省13个市110个项目点的26803例妊娠妇女资料为基础，对出生健康儿童在2006年9～10月和2009年12月～2010年4月进行二次身高体重测量；测量结果与中国国家参照标准值和WHO推荐参考值进行比较；对比分析城区和乡村测量结果。结果21月-3岁男女儿童身高分别为86．5～96．7和85．1～95．7cm；体重分别为12．7～15．1和12．1～14．6kg；5．5～7岁男女儿童身高分别为114．5—121．6和113．5—120．3cm；体重分别为22．3～25．2和21．4～23．6kg。男女儿童身高测量值大多数小于国家参照标准值，而大于WHO推荐参考值；体重测量值均大于国家参照标准值和WHO推荐参考值。身高测量值城区均大于乡村。结论江苏省预防出生缺陷项目儿童生长状况跟踪调查是以人群为基础的健康儿童调查，身高和体重测量值代表了江苏省儿童（包括男童和女童、城区儿童和乡村儿童）的正常参考值，并为相关后续研究提供依据；其结果与国内外儿童的生长规律相一致，存在明显的性别和城乡差别。Objective To characterize growth of children in the Jiangsu Birth Defects Prevention Project. Methods From July 2002 to August 2007, a total of 26 803 pregnant women were enrolled at 110 project centers all over the 13 cities in Jiangsu Province. Height and weight of their children were measured from September 2006 to October 2006, and from December 2009 to April 2010. Growth data were compared with the Chinese national standards and WHO child growth standards and subgroup analysis was conducted to compare growth of children born in urban area and suburban rural areas. Results Mean height and mean weight of boys were higher than those of girls. Mean height of both boys and girls was mostly lower than the Chinese national standards, with differences of - 0.5 - - 2.4 cm for boys and - 0.6 - - 2.2 cm for girls, but higher than WHO Children Growth Standards, with differences of 0.6 - 1.6 cm for boys and 0.6 - 1.4 cm for girls. Mean weight of both boys and girls was higher than the Chinese national standards, with differences of 0.44 -2.15 kg for boys and 0.36 - 2.03 kg for girls, and higher than WHO Children Growth Standards, with differences of 0.66 - 2. 93 kg for boys and 0.42 - 2.26 kg for girls. These differences were statistically significant. Mean height of children in urban area was higher than in suburban area, with statistical significances for all ages, except for 24 month-old boys, 21 month, 24 month, and 7 year-old girls. Mean weight of children in urban area was higher than in suburban area except for 24 month-old girls. The differences were statistically significant for boys aged 27 months to 7 years, girls aged 27 months to 33 months, as well as girls aged 6 to 6.5 years. Conclusion Jiangsu Birth Defects Prevention Project tracking survey of children growth is a population-based survey and data on child growth may be used as the reference value in the province. The results showed Significant gender-differences as well as urban and suburban differences.
