锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折39例疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法选取2008年10月～2011年10月期间我院收治的78例肱骨外科颈骨折患者作为观察对象,均未合并神经损伤。其中行锁定加压钢板治疗的39例患者设立为观察组,其余39例行三叶草型钢板内固定的设立为对照组,比较分析两组的手术效果及术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、并发症情况。结果观察组与对照组的优良率分别为92.3%、79.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.213,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的术中出血量及骨折愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.327,8.659,P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折固定牢固,术中出血量少,骨折愈合快、,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of locking compression plate fixation of humeral surgical neck fractures. Methods From December 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital,78 cases humeral surgical neck fractures were treated as an object of observation, were not combined nerve injury. Where row locking compression plate for treatment of 39 patients with the establishment of the observation group, the remaining 39 cases clover plate fixed establishment of control group, the surgical results and blood loss, fracture healing time complications were compared. Results The excellent rate of the observation group and control group were 92.3%, 79.5%, there was a significant difference （X2= 8.213, P 〈 0.05）. The comparison of blood loss and fracture healing time between two groups had significant differences （t = 12.327,8.659,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation of humeral surgical neck fractures, less blood loss, fracture healing, should be popularized and applied.
