摘  要:目的观察穴位贴敷加针刺四缝穴疗法对反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory tract infection,RRTI)儿童免疫功能的影响。方法流式细胞术检测108例经穴位贴敷加针刺四缝穴治疗的RRTI患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群。ELISA检测免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和IGF-1水平。结果 RRTI患儿T淋巴细胞亚群计数、免疫球蛋白和IGF-1水平均低于正常健康对照儿童。穴位贴敷加针刺四缝穴治疗后,RRTI患儿总T淋巴细胞、CD4+T细胞和CD4/CD8比值明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后IgG、IgA水平和IGF-1水平均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RRTI患儿免疫功能低下,穴位贴敷加针刺四缝穴可提高患儿细胞和体液免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application with acupuncturing sifeng points on immune func- tion in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI). Methods A total of 108 RRTI children with thera- py of acupoint application with acupuncturing sifeng points were recruited in our study. Flow cytometry was used for the analysis of T lymphocyte. The concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM and IGF-1 was detected by ELISA. Results The percentage of total T lymphocytes, as well as the concentration levels of immunoglobulin and IGF-1 in RRTI children was lower than in normal healthy control children. After the treatment of acupoint application with acupuncturing sifeng points, the percentage of T lymphocytes, CD4+ T cell and ratio of CD4/CD8 was significantly higher than that before treatment (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, IgG and IgA concentration and IGF-1 of RRTI children significantly in- creased, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is concluded that there is immune dysfunction in RRTI children. The therapy of acupoint application with acupuncturing sifeng points can improve the cellular and humoral immune function.
